FIRST, THERE WAS SCHOOL

I started my designer journey at OCU, where during my time I worked in the marketing office as a graphic design assistant, as well as the videographer for USHine! a mental health org on campus, as well as lead videographer for multiple campus & community wide events 

Marketing/
Graphic Design Intern

Right after graduation, they asked me to stay on as a junior graphic designer. I was in charge of all signage for the university, including vinyls, window decals, buses, billboards, tee shirts, banners, and more. 

Freelance Designer (and barista)

I was making almost enough money doing freelance work that I felt comfortable leaving my OCU marketing job. I have worked with clients such as The Big Friendly, anbd Prelude Coffee for over 5 years now. Winning awards for BF designs nationally in beer competitions 

Junior Graphic Designer - Konnect Agency 

I was offered a position as the junior graphic designer at a remote agency based out of LA, NY, and Denver. Here I made mailer campaigns, ran social media accounts for clients, ran client meetings, supervised and produced/edited photoshoots for brand giveaways 

Fine Arts Teacher -middle school 

Massive layoffs! I started teaching middle school fine arts on the south side of OKC and fell in love with it. I was able to build my own curriculum for all grade levels, as well as run an after school art club to teach more in depth techniques. We even put on the first interactive art show! 

Digital Content Specialist - Edmond Public Schools 

I currently am the digital content specialist for the district of Edmond Public Schools. Here I lead campaigns, design new logos/mascots, design signage and events for the district and make social media graphics and videos to promote the district.
